Another day being bullied by nameless people who believe rumours and gossip but can't discuss anything without falsely accusing or threatening to call the police. Why? Disturbing the peace. Nevermind Jimmy, the wheelchair man, just drove into my foot and I was attempting to make peace. Running Rachel called her board buddies to threaten me by yelling down from their balconies.
If I do that to speak to a member of the board, they call it "screaming" and try to have me evicted.
