Whelen Model 994

Nice example of a Whelen Model 994 beacon.
I have been sitting on this beacon for quite a few years, even to the point that I made a video of this beacon about 5 years ago.

Now thanks to FB member Frankenstein I was able to source a replacement retaining band, and gave the dome a good wet sanding and a polish.

Flash rate is quite high, Rotation speed on this beacon is impressive.
