INGREDIENTS :

350 grams penne pasta
250 grams sliced leek
420 grams canned salmon
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 minced garlic cloves
100 grams cream cheese
100 ml milk
420 grams garden peas
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
100 grams grated cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS :

.boil 350 grams penne pasta until soft
.in frying pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium heat
.add 250 grams sliced leek and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
.add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.lower to medium to low heat add 100 grams cream cheese and stir well
.add 100 ml milk and stir well
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper and stir well
.add 420 grams canned salmon, 420 grams garden peas and stir well
.add 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley and stir well
.add mixture to baking dish with pasta and mix together
.sprinkle 100 grams grated cheddar on top
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 10 to 15 minutes
