Serving is super fun to me too because my whole job is to just talk to people. Managers will not get mad at a server if they hang around a table to chat because that is their whole job! We do not get paid by the company. We, the servers, get paid by the guests that we take care of with a smile.

If you can get into the serving industry, definitely do. The money you will make here as a high schooler is nothing to be afraid of.
