Did Structural Decay Cause The Miami Building Collapse?

Apparently an engineering consultant warned of structural issues at Champlain Towers South in 2018, but is unclear that these issues alone explain how the tower completely collapsed into its own footprint in a matter of seconds. There is still a lot we don't know, but we have a few more pieces of the puzzle...
