Is free speech twitter’s fundamental issue or is there a darker problem?

The unending race towards buying the Twitter Company by Elon Musk is now turning into a classic chess game after Twitter’s Board of Directors threatened to fight back Musk’s hostile takeover by executing the famous “Poison Pill Strategy”. The Board said if Musk takes over more than 15 percent stake of the company then they will execute the strategy by selling the Twitter shares in the market at a much discounted price.
