Winchester 45 Auto FAILURE (Featuring the FNX 45 Tactical) BAD AMMO?

I've never seen anything like this and I hope to never see this again. I'm glad there weren't any injuries. I was so excited to shoot the FNX 45 Tactical. I took a nice thumbnail picture and then this happened.

Also, sorry the gopro footage wasn't better, I guess I need it have it on superwide next time
