Used Tractor Review - 2009 Kubota L4400E With Front Loader & Bush Hog - Problems Identified?

Got this used tractor has a few issues, not sure if they are big deal. Loose radiator fan shaft, leaking lift fluid, stiff RPM arm. Looking for tips or feedback on these, thanks.
