Barack Obama says that people all over the world are experiments

Barack Obama recently gave a speech at Stanford University to encourage students and alumni there to stop the spread of "misinformation" of vaccines and their supposed 'safety' and 'efficacy' to influence more people to take the vaccine. He then said something incriminating (but not punishable due to the fact that he's above the law, sadly) in which he states that the vaccines are experimental by saying that they are still being clinically tested on billions of people on a worldwide scale. There are not too many people in the world who are more evil than Obama himself.
