The Binacrombi Bush Bash

Father Dave here, and this is Binacrombi.

If you know Binacrombi, you probably know us as a bike park – a recreational vehicle area for dirt-bikes, buggies, side by sides … It’s what we do.

We also do a lot of praying here, and I’m always looking for more people to come down and pray with me. The other thing we do here, when it gets dark, is we fight!

Yes, I’m also Australia’s oldest active professional boxer (ever) and every Saturday night we have the Binacrombi Bush Bash. Some weeks I’ve got other professional fighters up here.
A lot of weeks it’s just whoever turns up and wants to have a go at me. Either way, nobody gets hurt (or nobody has got hurt yet) and there’s no money in it (though there is a rumor going around that if you knock me out in the first round, you’ll get your accommodation fee back).
