Dustin Byron Thompson Trial Recap

The beginning of the Jan 6th trials have wrapped up this month, with a fourth in the beginning stages of jury selection. All three defendants have been found guilty with the AP boasting about all 36 jurors being unanimous in their decisions. I plan on covering as many cases as possible in order to draw comparisons and highlight our court system and procedures.
The second case on the docket is the case of Dustin Byron Thompson. You may remember Thompson as the defendant who Claimed Trump made him do it. In this video we will discuss the court's ruling and discuss why I think the video and witness evidence being released is going to start another media storm.
My opinion of the case has no bearing on the ruling, obviously, and is simply a reflection on how I would interpret the evidence in the case.
