The clot seems to be an exact casting of the interior of the lung. In fact, I remember dr. Sucharit Bhakdi saying that these huge clots are probably the endothelium, which is the innermost surface.

The mechanism how these clots form is not yet known, but the following is plausible:

1. Endothelial cells get transfected by the jab, i.e. the jab passes the cell wall and lets out its genetic material inside.
2. When the cells subsequently start to produce foreign proteins as programmed by the jab's genetic material, they get attacked by the immune system (autoimmune attack).
3. The endothelial cells may swell up (as tends to happen with inflammation) and eventually detach. Blood platelets are likely to be involved in trying to repair damage to the endothelium.

NB: Such a huge amount of platelets may be needed at the same time that a lack arises, and bleeds elsewhere cannot be stemmed. This may lead to the uncommon and counter-intuitive situation (under normal circumstances) of both hyper clotting and bleeding at the same time. See 'Thrombocytopenia'.

Pathologist Arne Burkhardt, for example, also shows pictures of the aorta from autopsies, where the whole vessel splits and eventually bursts.

An injection into a vein or artery in the shoulder seems to be huge risk factor. Dr. Arne Burkhardt has measured that the vessels in the shoulder muscle are larger than the needles used to inject the jab, so injection in blood vessels is absolutely possible.

NB: Athletes may have bigger vessels than the average person, possibly leading to an increased risk aside from the toxic combination of (subclinical) myocarditis and high stress hormones (also called catecholamines).

Since the blood vessels can't be seen from the outside, it's unpredictable whether the injection will be intravenous, like Russian roulette. If an injected person feels very bad immediately after the injection and/or has a metallic taste in the mouth, that's a very bad sign.

Aspiration, i.e. pulling back on the syringe to see if blood comes out, is discouraged by the WHO, since they say accidental intravenous injections in the shoulder muscle are impossible. The measurements by dr. Burkhardt have shown that WHO is completely wrong. WHO could have easily figured this out for themselves, but didn't.
