Empyrion: Mouse/Cursor Drift Fix

Mouse drift has been a major road block for me playing this game ever since I installed my second monitor. I was hoping that the devs would implement a fix for this. They haven't.

But, I've found a work around.

Dual monitor Tools allows you to lock the cursor to one monitor with a hotkey and Works Great!
