Distributing Python Click CLIs to PyPi using GitHub Actions

Today we will use casperdcl's GitHub Action for releasing to PyPi in our pipeline for Fancy-Wallet!
I know I've said I'd show the other action, but that's going to be for next Sunday! So stay tuned and don't forget to subscribe!
