Jay Cunningham breaks a gavel - that's not hyperbole

The president of the Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees is an embarrassment. In this video from January 24, 2022, watch him:
1) Pronounce "hyperbole" as "hyper-BOWL";
2) Use juvenile diction to gaslight a constituent (and in the process violate the Texas Open Meetings Act by responding to public comment when the item is NOT on the agenda);
3) Fly into a rage and bang the gavel so hard that it breaks;
4) Say "board privilege" in the same juvenile diction.
