Howard Alliger passed on at the age of 92 in 2019 and was the founder and owner of 'Frontier Pharmaceutical' Howard Alliger patented one of the first commercially available products utilizing CHLORINE DIOXIDE for individual human and animal use. This product was first called ALCIDE. Howard's history and the history of ALCIDE cooperation are discussed in the documentary The Universal Antidote: The Science and Story of Chlorine Dioxide.
