Mexican Taxi Driver Throws my Payment out the Window in Disgust

Taxi drivers provide great deals of entertainment and stories in every single country, certainly the type of person that chooses this profession lend them selves to acting in often less than predictable ways.
The story comes from an incident in Puerto Vallarta Mexico where the taxi driver not only refused my fare, but threw it out the window as he drove off.
