Fallout 4 Explored - West Everett Estates

This suburb of Malden was under construction when the bombs fell, built to be a picturesque suburban community similar to Sanctuary Hills in its construction with homes of tomorrow. Already partially completed, the development was occupied for at least a year. Skeletons can be found throughout the area.
