Step Aerobics with Paul Eugene is a intermediate step exercise workout with some advance moves. The workout is 49 minutes long and the music you will step to is funk house pop Latin and swing. This work out with feature some of the basis step moves such as basis right and left, turn step, knee repeaters, L step along with straddle the bench, hop turn over, lunges and floor work. This workout will burn fat and calories but also challenge your mind heart and soul. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising. You can do this workout with or without a step riser.
