Activision Stockholders Vote In Favour Of XBOX

After being told by SOC Investment Groups to vote against the Xbox deal stating the "TRANSACTION FAILS TO PROPERLY VALUE ACTIVISION”, Shareholder/Stockholders have now voted in favour of Microsoft buying Activision Blizzard.
