Descriptive psychology is the process of describing your problem, relationship, or situation. It is not diagnosing the issue, as far as what's wrong with them. It is not discovering anything about the person. It's merely recreating whatever is happening with the person. There is a fallacy of personality assessments that makes them inferior judgments when you compare them to our character. If a person focuses exclusively on their personality, it will become their identity, which will keep them from changing.
