After resting five-ish minutes, I decided to do a back off set. I thought about doing 97.5 Kgs, so about five percent less than my top set, but that just didn't MOTIVATE me really. So, against ny better judgement perhaps, I went for 100 Kgs. My max cap was going to be five reps, so I am pretty pleased that despite being tired, I was able to push out five! Not bad, not bad 🤟🏻
