My Story | Innovative Education | Personalized Learning

Here is my story in education and how I transformed into an educator who cares about innovation and personalized learning. I think we need to fundamentally change education; it's been built on an archaic model and not reformed into today's demands. We simply keep reinventing the same fads from decades prior, repackaging and rebranding it. It's a total recycling within a broken system. It's time for change. It's time for innovation in education. It's time to consider a new path: personalized learning.

I co-lead the Inception Program and PLEx program at my school in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

I love traveling and teaching! Our channel combines our greatest passions and adds in a few others, such as our love of animals, adventure, and photography. We will try to deliver videos every week to invite you along on our adventures.
