I hate to break the news to you but as you build out your first subscription program you're going to encounter failure. Everything is not going to go right. I've been doing this for 10 years and I still don't get it right. I'll prove it to you in this video.

During my launch I forgot one of the most important aspects of the offer which is the risk reversal. Without it my sales suffered, but when I made one tiny shift to my offer the orders started pouring in.
