Hootie The Owl

A new feathered friend has been residing in my backyard over the last few weeks, Hootie The Owl. Every day I play a game called "Where's Hootie?" as I try and locate which tree I will find Hootie occupying. Then one day I discovered Hootie is a momma. Up high in one of the trees was a baby owl, clinging to a small branch as a squirrel was screeching away at it. It's hard to get any good photos or video of the small baby owl, since it is usually way up high in a tree and so tiny to begin with. Hootie and the baby owl are usually spaced apart up in the trees, not sure why. Then one evening Hootie began to speak, as if to say, "Who who who whoooooo!"
