HUGE WIN! Jen & Sophie Both Awarded Access to County's Election Data!!!

Although the Lt Gov has threatened all Utah counties to deny Jen & Sophie access to election data, this appeals board in Weber County has stepped up, looked at the law, and agreed that what can be given—WILL!

This board also courageously recognized that the Lt Gov does not have the power to make or interpret law and that her "opinions" do not matter in their decision. WAY TO GO, Weber County!

This big win will be so helpful in our pending lawsuit against District 4 to get the same information from 3 counties there, and then the remaining 25 counties who now are awaiting this judicial decision.

Jen & Sophie combined their hearings as they had individually requested project backup database, cast vote record, tabulator data, and ballot images. BIG WIN for the PEOPLE!!
