This week on Catching Fire News I go through the tactics used by "Planners" to manufacture consensus to take your land and rights. I explain how they engineer variations of the "Delphi Technique" to use stakeholders and facilitators to draw residents in to a imaginary Hegelian policy environment (Visioning Session or Public Input) whereby they're positioned to produce perceived consensus around a predefined conclusion. However, this "public buy-in" phase is also their Achilles heel!
