Cecil or Kain
Limit Break
(I didnt have Adrenaline augment on Kain, but seems to work without it. Make sure Kain or Cecil is atleast level 93 or something, otherwise the Limit Break is gonna be horrible to use.

Phoenix on two party members. In this case i picked Rydia and Cecil. Since Cecil didnt have the Limit Break. What this does is saying, screw you to the Divine Judgement.

And basically when he does the Divine Judgement he is gonna try to heal himself. Which means his HP is low. So what you need to do is hit him with Kain and Cecil. Mostly the one with Limit Break should get the first turn. Once first when revived then attack with others except do not attack with Rosa first. Use Rosa to throw a Haste and Beserk, with Dualcast augment on the one with Limit Break. In general when you get revived from Phoenix. But only after Kain or Cecil with Limit Break has attacked first and then the others. Because you never know if he will Divine Judgement again, so every second matters. Because the more you waste time, the more likely he will heal. So the idea is just to weaken him til he loses, whenever he spams Divine Judgement

And thats how you win against Proto Babil. Took me a little while to figure out. A troll boss, not a hard boss. But sure was a pain in the ass to win. But not impossible once you know how to win! And voila, the secret boss is won.
