Water Wars: REVISITED

Whiskey is for drinking, but water is for fighting for. The entire framework of the United States Constitution revolves around a government being accountable to the people and the idea that nobody is above the law. Sometimes, the government and the good ol' boys that line the pockets of the politicians (at the detriment of their constituents) need a little reminder that there's still plenty of people that are willing to fight over those ideas...particularly water rights in a very dry part of the world. My dad happens to enjoy a good spat and he stopped by to give us an update on the water wars of southeast Colorado!
