This recording will assist you to start accepting everything as it is and going/flowing with it.

We are taught that you have to push, pull and manipulate our so called reality to meld it with what we (or better said our ego) wants it to be. This creates a constant struggle within our lives, within the body and the mind. There is always supposedly something 'better' to strive for to match the projected ideal reality, whatever that may be within the society you live in.

Everything that happens within your life, happens for a reason and it actually happens FOR you and not to you - (even if that is sometimes very hard to accept for the ego). When you are able to accept everything that is happening within your life, as well as the outside world and flow with it, you can begin to shape your reality and walk into the direction you (as in all of you) want to go.

From this place of acceptance there is no energetic struggle, no pushing, pulling and no blockages, as nothing has a hold on you any more.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, depending on where you are on your journey and is in your highest and best good and in alignment with all of yourself.

The more consistently you watch/listen, the better the results will be.

To help your body flush out what needs to be released you should drink plenty of pure water before and after listening to this recording.

Listen to it as often as you feel called to it. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
