Cooper hawk or goshawk? You decide.

Is this a coopers hawk or goshawk? We have and many bird experts examine this video clip and even they can't come to an agreement if this is a coopers hawk or goshawk. The head coloring would suggest a goshawk but the hawk size would suggest a coopers hawk. Some experts think it's a coopers hawk and other think it's a goshawk. One expert suggested it's a coopers/goshawk hybrid.
