MONARCH BORN RELEASE TIME!

The first chrysalis formed from the milkweed plants I bought for my waystations was opened today April 30,2022.
Had to bring the caterpillars indoors because plants came from Texas and it was still cold at night here. So..this BOY was born today he was tested for OE and negative so off he goes!
Please help share awareness of Monarchs on endangered list.
Please if you plant milkweed please clean them if shipped from other places, not grown by you, with the cleaning solution recommended by Monarch conservation sites. There are plenty of videos about how to also. Having OE free plants is important.
