Personal attacks from trolls about you or your business are coming whether you realize it or not. However, we don't have to tolerate it. #Letsstarthere with the fact that most of this element of society isn't connected to you in anyway.
When you have a social media presence, the trolls are coming. Most businesses today have social media content of some kind. Now acknowledging that is just the beginning resolving the issue. What is just rumor or just outright lies can be easily addressed. When it starts to affect the top line or the bottom line of revenue it must addressed immediately. #applypressure
