Convention of States - Why Not

Presentation by Robert Brown about why we should avoid an Article V Convention of States and instead use Article VI of the Constitution to deal with Federal Government Overreach. Specifically, We the People need to educate ourselves about our responsibilities under the Constitution and hold our elected and appointed officials accountable for breaking their Oaths of Office under that Constitution.
