Principles of Assessment

This is a video I created for a "skills share" activity with my colleagues, explaining basic ideas related to the philosophy of educational assessment. The video reflects my own philosophy of education and is partially a commentary on many of the practices and ideas I have seen in education: some of these I agree with, and some I disagree with.

I am uploading this here in the possibility that other educators or students may find these ideas interesting and worth consideration. The general public may find it interesting if they have an interest in how the sausage is made.
