We report from just outside the besieged Azovstal steel factory, the last pocket of Ukrainian nationalist resistance in Mariupol, as the forces there allegedly use civilians as human shields. While the UN's chief and other powers call for more multi-polarity in the world, the US tries to convince countries to oppose that initiative.
