The WNBA Is At a Crossroads

The WNBA will begin their 26th regular season this week. The WNBA has seen a massive increase in media focus the last two years...which has resulted in a slight increase in television ratings.

However...the WNBA is standing at a crossroads this season. A new policy included in the CBA signed in 2020...which forces players to choose between playing overseas and playing in the WNBA...could have a devastating impact on the future of the WNBA.
