Giraffe vs elephant: who would win in a fight .

Giraffe and elephant are both creatures that roam the Savannah of Africa. Elephant also live in other parts of Asia,too.
Although they are both primarily herbivorous, they do have to find off attacks by predators .as a result ,they know how to define themselves. What would happen if these two tall creature got into a fight over water or territory?
