Leadership: Tougher Than It Looks.

My chance to talk to you about the difficulties of heading up or being president of a group or organization, any organization, no matter what the size. Those problems and difficulties only seem to multiply when leading a larger group or organization.

Too many times, it's much too easy for members to criticize, while they often fail to recognize the responsibilities taken on by those who lead them.
