"Scuff Mark" Parking Issue Ends In Search-&-Arrest After Guy Is "Rude & Disrespectful" To Cops

Unidad Latina en Accion organizer John Lugo is searched, arrested and has his car towed by New Haven (CT) Police after a "scuff mark" parking dispute.

According to New Haven police, they decided to search, detain and arrest Lugo - and tow his vehicle - because he was uncooperative, "rude and disrespectful." In the bodycam video, police admit they have no evidence that Lugo caused damage to the reporting party's vehicle.
