Now for today's episode.. As a land investor taking beautiful hikes like this and exploring the Shawnee National forest area, with beautiful rock bluffs and is just a huge bonus! When we look at a property like this we look at quite a few things that many might not consider, one of which would be some land improvements. What kind of land improvements would benefit this property for a future owner? What kind of land improvements would increase its value? (both from a land recreation use and a financial benefit?)
