Join us today at our Southern Illinois country living farm as we try yet another life experiment as I do a very first taste test of goose eggs 'over medium.' I wanted to do a sunny side up test, but kind of 'chickened out!' LOL. Recently I got a box full of domestic goose eggs from a buddy of mine to try out. He has not been brave enough yet to actually try them, as his mother has been raising them and the geese are way out-laying the chickens lately! So, I volunteered to try them out!
