- Do you want your child to love their life or hate it?

In today's video:

- Take time to do things you love, things that make you feel more alive

- In order to truly love your life, you have to acknowledge the true things that have happened in your life that hurt you. And you have to get healing for those things.

- Your child's love of life may not look anything like yours. And that's why you have to expose them to all the things that you can, so that they have an opportunity to really love their life too

- Encourage your child in the things they love, be as supportive as you can
