Pfizer Vaccine Risks to Shareholders -Apr 26 2022

Pfizer is at great pains to point out to their shareholders the risks involved by investing in their prodicts - they may not be able to demonstrate adequate efficacy or safety for the Covid-19 vaccine. They absolutely need to do this in their filing to the Securities & Exchange Commission becuse if they fail to point out the risks and their product fails, their shareholders would be able to sue them for financial damages.
When it comes to users of their product however, the same logic does not seem to apply. Product users do not need to be informed of health risks from taking the product because Pfizer will not be held liable anyway if the product causes injury or death.
