Judge SHREDS Assault Weapons Ban in California

A federal judge has struck down California's assault weapons ban. But the law is not dead yet, the state will still appeal the case to the 9th circuit, and if they uphold this decision it will be appealed to the supreme court. No AR15s in Cali till then.
