VAERS department of Ministry of Truth caught rewriting history

An already published VAERS report of a 72 year old woman who had two pulmonary embolisms was forged to say that she was not hospitalized. However, the detailed description clearly says that she was in fact hospitalized:

"So I was admitted to the hospital. They put me on heparin. When they released me, they released me on Xarelto."

Of course this could all be an accident, and we should be careful about not ascribing malicious intent for behavior that was not meant to be malicious (as Elon Musk said recently). However, the government and all its agencies have lost all benefit of the doubt by this point.

Yesterday I read an article showing that the official Dutch corona dashboard website has been using a significantly increased bandwidth for excess mortality retroactively since Dec 24th, 2021. They define excess mortality only when the actual mortality exceeds the historical average plus the bandwidth. Now the mortality must be much more increased over the average for there to be excess mortality. This hides most of the excess mortality due to the jabs.

So the Ministry of Truth is hard at work in multiple countries and many ways at the same time.
