BREAKING: SCOTUS Confirms Draft Authentic, Not Final Opinion

Yesterday we learned of a reportedly leaked Supreme Court draft opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case. Today, Chief Justice Roberts confirmed the authenticity of the leaked draft but warned that "although the document described in yesterday's reports is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case."
