Roe V. Wade Overturned in leaked draft opinion?

In a leaked draft opinion for the Dobbs v Jackson supreme court case, the court will apparently overturn roe v wade. This is a pretty huge deal for two reason. First, it's something pro-lifers have been working towards for quite a while. Second, its the first time in modern American history that a leak like this has occurred. While this leak has caused Democrats to renew their talks of packing the courts, we should also talk about why and how this leak happened in the first place.
