30 April Rally - Andy Caldwell's intro of Michele Weslander Quaid

Andy Caldwell, the Republican Candidate for U.S. Congress (2020), introduced Michele Weslander Quaid at the 30 April 2022 Rally in Orcutt /Santa Maria.
In his opening remarks, he says, "I ran for Congress two years ago. I only say that to say this, Michele Weslander Quaid, in my opinion, is the most qualified person ever to run for Congress in this District."
