Black Men: Mind Over Matters

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Recently Lamarre Media and Black Mental Health Guide partnered up to spark a discussion centered around Black men. When the mental health discussion is had Black men are often not a focal point while many of them show up in the world carrying the burden of unresolved trauma. The discussion was created to initiate a dialogue between Black men and provide a safe space for these conversations to happen. This is the first of many.
